Many suggest that rates of new product technology introduction and adoption
are speeding up but are they really doing so across the board? Many quality,
innovative pool automation systems are available on the market for both
residential and commercial pools and hot tubs. Residential automatic control
systems are commonly specified every day for new construction. Government
health departments mandate public (commercial) sanitation and pH controls.
Thousands of control and monitoring systems have been installed. But are
we keeping up with learning and then educating our customers on truly robust
Operation Management Systems (OMB) for aquatic facility professionals
including pool service contractors?
HOW DO WE STACK UP?
- How do we stack up against other industries
on adopting digital technology? An automobile industry trade consultant
for instance, observes that, “Today, a typical automotive design cycle is
approximately 24 to 36 months, which is much faster than the 60-month life cycle
