The Uniform Arbitration Program provides rapid and inexpensive resolution of consumer disputes.
Alternative dispute resolution may be handled through binding arbitration administered locally by your Chapter. Use this program for rapid and inexpensive resolution of consumer disputes. A sample arbitration provision is available for members' reference to include in contracts. Awards are binding on both parties and enforceable in court.
