Water safety in Florida is vital, with large and small bodies of water
easily accessible by almost every resident. Unfortunately, accidents
occur year round in Florida in ponds, the ocean and backyard pools.
The Florida Swimming Pool Association sees education about swimming pool
safety as an integral part of its mission.
