Online Education Courses

Please read all the information below before registering for any online courses.

• FSPA online courses are approved for CE credit by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB). FPSA d/b/a FSPA CILB Providership # 0000917. FSPA does not issue credits to county licensing boards.
  

• Credits for completed courses will be transmitted electronically by FSPA to the Bureau of Education and Testing (BET) within thirty days of the course being taken.

• No refunds will be issued for any courses paid for and not taken and/or completed. Partial CE credits cannot be issued.

• A requirement of distance learning education is that the license holder is required to take and complete the course. No one else may take the course on behalf of the license holder. You will be required to agree to these terms and conditions before you can continue with the course.

• You must take and pass an exam at the end of the course. FSPA cannot issue credits or a certificate of completion until the exam has been successfully completed.
  
  
• If a pop-up appears and asks if you only wish to dowload secure content, select "no" so that both audio and visual content is delivered to your computer.

• Please note that once the course has started you can pause and play but you cannot go back or fast forward. If you sign out before you have completed the course and the exam you will be required to start over. You will not continue where you left off. If you pause, you must continue within 15 minutes.

• You will need your license number and drivers license to complete your registration process. To receive the member rate you will need your FSPA member number. Call 800-548-6774 if you do not know your member number. If you are not an FSPA member, type "none" into the required field during registration.
