CPSC Virginia Graeme Baker Act Training
The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) has partnered with the US Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) to host several live training events across the country, designed to bring industry professionals the latest in VGB news and information. Dan Johnson, a leading expert on suction entrapment avoidance and VGB compliance, will discuss what builders, service professionals, pool operators, retailers, lifeguards, and facility managers need to know to ensure compliance and reduce accidents. http://www.vgbtraining.com
NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation) has been contracted by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to provide compliance training for health officials and regulators on the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act. The training will cover the background of the Pool and Spa Safety Act, causes of entrapment, methods of compliance, and how to conduct a compliance inspection.
